Beebird Official Limited Warranty Statement

1. Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty applies to Beebird branded smart health and kitchen devices purchased directly from Beebird or from an authorized reseller.
Beebird warrants that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

2. What This Warranty Covers

Under this Limited Warranty, Beebird will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product with an identical or equivalent product at no cost to you.

Repaired or replaced products are warranted for the remaining original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, fire, liquid contact, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality).

  • Damage due to use with non-Beebird accessories or non-approved third-party apps.

  • Batteries, unless failure has occurred due to defects in materials or workmanship.

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Register your product online at (will be updated)

  2. Contact Beebird Customer Support at info@beebird.io and provide:

    • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt)

    • Product serial number or GTIN

    • Description and clear photo/video of the defect.

  3. If approved, you may be instructed to return the product to an authorized Beebird address.
    You are responsible for shipping costs to Beebird; Beebird covers shipping of any replacement product back to you.

5. Replacement Only Policy

Beebird does not offer in-warranty repairs for the United States market.
Instead, valid warranty claims are fulfilled through free replacement within the warranty period.

6. International Customers

For products purchased outside the United States:

  • Warranty service terms may vary by region and applicable local consumer protection laws.

  • Additional fees or import/export duties may apply if warranty service requires cross-border shipping.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Beebird’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
